Our client currently uses InterAction and the ideal candidate will have experience with InterAction. The candidate can work out of both the Manhattan or North Bergen County locations Responsibilities: <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Participate on the Relationship Intelligence/InterAction roll out project as the Functional Certification Lead on the Software/Hardware/Architecture work stream for the companies roll out and migrate into the long term role detailed <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Manage workflow by anticipating both near term need and longer term trends <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Establish, drive, report and escalate to firm leadership multiple as overall schedule management, risk mitigation and project management <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Oversight of Day-to-Day system administration team to ensure long term support processes are in place, and mitigating any support issues that arise <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Oversight of Change Management team to help ensure that change processes are in place, helping to ensure ongoing metrics and analysis are done to measure effectiveness of programs, and mitigate any support issues that surface <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Serve in operations and performance management capacities including active Employer of Choice agenda, supporting skills and behavior development of team, coaching, etc. <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->Work with Relationship Intelligence leadership to develop programs and manage overall program support that eases implementation of Relationship Intelligence tool and related processes for the firm
