Job Description

Our client is looking for a Relationship Intelligence Manager who has extensive experience with CRM  systems Implementation and project management.  Our client currently uses InterAction and the ideal candidate will have experience with InterAction, possess strong Project management and business analysis skills.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Act as the InterAction subject matter professional providing a strong knowledge of the tool and related processes, configurations and backend customizations, such as helping to ensure data quality and improving data flow

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Manage support process and mitigate any recurring issues and help ensure they are addressed by the appropriate resources

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Document configuration changes

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Create an ongoing data dictionary to help ensure that pertinent information is captured

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Respond to user inquiries regarding the application, its configuration and the data contained therein

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Assist users with the execution of searches and other means of data retrieval

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Provide guidance to other Functional Support team members in addressing issues related to data quality, user roster management and issue resolution

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Work with Enhancements team members to research recurring issues which necessitate programming changes in the application and a resulting change in the flow of data

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Formulate requirements, test, document, and communicate changes to the user community as needed or as requested

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Engage the vendor in an ongoing knowledge transfer process to learn and document optimal data management and configuration change techniques

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Provide training as necessary

<!--[if !supportLists]-->·         <!--[endif]-->Act as a back-up to the Relationship Intelligence Associate Director in charge of functional support

Qualifications Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology from an accredited college/university
• Six years of experience in project management, application and/or user support environment
• System Administrator experience
• Experience working with various levels of professionals; managing schedules and deadlines
• Strong understanding of data/work flow
• Experience in testing and documentation
• Self-directed individual who is accustomed to a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
• Understanding of customer relationship management and CRM applications
Hands on Experience with InterAction strongly preferred
Compensation Salary +Bonus DOE
