| Job Description |
Large Wall Street law firm is looking for a CRM (Content and Client Relationship Management) Database Coordinator to work in its Marketing Department. The primary responsibilities of this position include the following.
Operational and Marketing Activities:
· Coordinate mailings and event invitation support. · Supporting marketing communications and business development activities · Assisting with the production of reports that fully utilize information in InterAction · Provide user support
Data Management Activities:
· Data clean-up, data review and duplicate merging · Maintaining data integrity · Monitor user collections and assist end-users |

| Qualifications |
The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of client relationship management software and of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and HTML. Experience with InterAction CRM is preferred. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys at all levels and in all departments. In order to ensure a highly effective and comprehensive database, the CRM coordinator must be organized, detail-oriented, accurate and have good research skills. Experience in the legal industry and marketing/business development operations is preferred.
