Hello All!

I often find that our sales reps make BIG errors in their data entry and they end up in my Data Change Mgmt Inbox. I'd like to be able to make the simple corrections in the Inbox interface so I dont have to remember to go to the individual accounts later. How can i do this? thanks for the advice.

Hi,

Let me see if I understand your question correctly...while using the Data Change Management inbox, you would like to reject the ticket created by your sales rep, but also pull up the contact to make further corrections?

It should be as simple as pressing the "Contact Details" button in the inbox.  For a given ticket, you can make the proper edit to the contact, and then reject the reps change.
