In most situations, its not important on a daily basis to see all of the automatic activites that InterAction logs on.  It can get very cluttering, and can slow you down when you are trying to locate key activities.

To change this, you simply need to edit your activity view.  On the InterAction Web Client, pull up a contact and scroll down to the Activities section.  Below the title is a field called "Show:", that is most likely set on "Activities Regarding Contacts".  This determines what activities are shown for the contact.

Activity Bar Web Client

Change the Show: field to "My Customized View", and click the "Change View" link located on the right.

Change Activity View

Under "Show:", change the radio button to "Selected activity types".  From here, you can select which activities you would like to have displayed based on your preferences.  Note: Make sure to check the "Save as customized view" checkbox.

Now, when you pull up your contacts, the new "My Customized Vew" will be available to quickly sift through the activities.
