We also use the InterAction Opportunities module and have run into this precise issue. Invariably we are forced to re input data into the Engagement Module. In order for our firm to effectively transfer knowledge from our sales force through to our consultants who deliver our services, information is manually transferred via email and then input by individual consultants. A big headache. Thanks for bringing attention to this problem. Hopefully with the users complaining the next release will address this. Good post!
